Open Remodeling – Pharmacy Demolition

In this project OCS Construction is providing the demolition and build-out of the existing pharmacy expansion, consisting of 25,000 sqft. This project was performed while the main store was fully operational.

New Commercial Offices

This client needed to extend their commercial offices due to increased business. These office suites were constructed adjacent to their existing office space providing them with the extra needed space. A new HVAC package unit was installed for the increased square footage.

Store Front Construction Barricade

Acid Stain Concrete Flooring

In this project a failed epoxy flooring system was replaced with Acid Stained concrete. The owner of a recently purchased supermarket wanted to replace the failed epoxy flooring with an affordable alternative that would properly represent the theme and design of the store.

The existing failed epoxy flooring system was removed, the concrete was grinded, repaired and prepped. The acid stain was applied, and sealed.

This acid stain flooring system provides a modern appearance while reducing slip hazards.

Trash Compactor Concrete Pad Installation

In this project a concrete pad was installed to hold a trash compactor for the client. Due to the weight, and constant scraping of the metal wheels when the container is removed and delivered the concrete pads required extra re-enforcement. After excavating the location, these compactor concrete pads were installed using #5 rebar, both ways at 10 inches on center, then 5000 psi concrete was poured. The electrical conduit was installed underground, providing power for the equipment.

Truck Loading Ramp Construction

The property was purchase by the new owner, but it did not have a truck loading ramp. The owner hired OCS Construction to build the truck ramp and install the self levelling equipment which would not just facility truck deliveries, but also make the process more efficient.

A supermarket in Martin County had an epoxy floor that had failed. The failed epoxy flooring was removed, grinded, repaired and the Concrete was Acid Stained and sealed providing a non-slip surface which accentuated the decor and theme of the Store.
